If you are looking for a natural diet that will also help with weight loss look no further than the paleo diet.
Eating a paleo diet means eating all-natural foods that maintain blood-sugar levels and helps to eliminate inflammation inside your body. It means building meals around protein sources (like beef, lamb, chicken, fish) and eating vegetables (broccoli, kale, tomatoes, onions) fruits and high-quality fats, such as avocados, olives, ghee, coconut oil, and olive oil. It also means avoiding high-processed and packaged foods.
Keto vs. paleo
Paleo is not keto. Both are good diets, and both encourage eating meats and vegetables. Keto, however, focuses on eliminating carbs for weight loss.
The paleo diet also teaches you to eat in a more healthy and natural way. It is more about making good food choices. Eliminating dairy and processed foods helps keep the weight off and keeps your body healthier. In addition, you burn fat while also eliminating food and potential environmental allergy issues.
